The Iron Gate Town Council voted 5-0 to compensate one of the Town’s residents whose waterline was damaged while the Town’s maintenance worker repaired a neighbor’s water meter.
The neighbor whose waterline was damaged was awarded $88.22.
In other business at the meeting held on April 28, Council voted 5-0 to approve a $4,000 bid the Town received for the sale of its dump truck.
Council also approved the minutes for the regular meeting of the Council on March 31 and a called meeting on April 18.
No one signed up for public comment, and Council moved to meet in a closed session to discuss personnel.
