The event will happen rain or shine so bring an umbrella or rain slicker just in case, however, this area is saying no rain Friday or Saturday.

Friday July 29

4 PM music starts … Bluegrass

4 PM indoor yard sale – located inside the hotel

4PM Vendors are all open & 50/50 tickets go on sale

5PM – Historic Tour of the Hotel Building $15 pp under 12 Free – sign in at the Sweet Springs Tent next to office to pay and get your ticket

10pm – we will call out the winner of the 50/50 drawing

Saturday July 30

10 am – 12 pm …. Self-Guided Photo Tour of the Hotel & Grounds $15

12 Noon – indoor yard sale opens

12 Noon – Music Starts

12 Noon – Vendors open and tickets for the 50/50 drawing go on sale

2 pm – Historic Tour of the Hotel Building $15 pp under 12 Free

Music plays until whenever

10 pm we will announce the winner of the 50/50 drawing

NOTE: If you do both the self-guided photo tour and the historic tour it is only $25.00 per person for both events

You must sign in at the Sweet Springs Tent (next to office) to pay and get your ticket(s). No entry without tickets for both events

Sunday July 31

11:00 am – Gospel Music concert
