Dear Editor,
I want to thank you for printing the letter from the VFW Auxiliary Patriots Pen Essay.
The essays from Reagan Paitsel, Emma Wolfe and Merridith Schmeidler brought tears to my eyes. It was such a pleasure to read of the pride these young people have for our country.
I don’t know these young people, but I want them to know the heartfelt pride I had when I read their essays. I pray they will continue to show their patriotism for our great country.
In closing, I’d like to thank all those people who write letters regarding their love of God and stand for Biblical truths. I pray we will always have the freedom to do this.
