On March 19, The Virginian Review published an article on the front page titled, “Clifton Forge City Council Meeting Included Hiring of New Deputy Clerk of Council, New Town Attorney, Presentation by Colonel Chris Fisher, Regular Business,” which misquoted Town Manager Chuck Unroe as saying, “We [the town of Clifton Forge] now have a class 1 operator, a class 2 operator, and 3 trainees that are in cue to start testing and —hopefully by this year, time next year— we should have three class 3 operators heading toward a full staff later in the year with all class 2 or better.” After speaking with Unroe on the phone, he clarified that the town of Clifton Forge actually has two (not 1) class 1 operators. We apologize to our readers and Mr. Unroe for this error. Thank you.
