Covington City School Board To Meet Monday At Covington High School

The Covington City School Board will meet Monday at 6:30 p.m., at Covington High School’s Curfman Hall, located at 606 S. Lexington Avenue.

The agenda for Monday’s meeting will be as follows:

— Recognition/Delegations: Recognition of 2020 retirees;

— Approval of Minutes:?Aug. 10, Aug. 17, Aug. 31, Sept. 10, Sept. 14;

— Finance: Invoices, Budget Analysis, Projected Budget Changes (Anticipated Revenue or Expenditure Changes, Budget Transfers), Budget (2019-2020; 2020-2021);

— SMART Goals/Strategic Plan updates;

— Old Business items;

— New Business: Bullying Prevention Month, Advisory Committees/Boards: Pre-School-VPI, Special Education, Title I, Career & Technical Education;

— Discussion/Other New Business;

— Committee & Joint Board Reports;

Following the conclusion of the meeting, the school board will hold a closed session regarding resignations and appointments.
