Edgemont Presbyterian Church (Associate Reformed) invites you to worship and join us in our upcoming special services and activities for the celebration of Easter. Our Maundy Thursday Service with the Lord’s Supper will be held on Thursday, March 28, at 6:00 p.m., with the Rev. J.K. MacDougall delivering the message. Our Good Friday Service to be held on March 29 at 7:00 p.m. Rev. MacDougall’s message will focus on the seven phrases Jesus spoke from the cross. Come and enjoy music from Handel’s Messiah before the service, starting at 6:30 p.m.
An Easter Egg Hunt will be held Saturday, March 30, at 11:00 a.m. There will be snacks, prizes, and much more. The Easter bunny will also be on site to visit with children and take pictures.
In continuing a lasting tradition, the Edgemont congregation will join members of Johnson Creek ARP Church for an Easter Sunrise Service at Johnson Creek. The Rev. Jim Giles, their pastor, will deliver the message at 7:00 a.m. The final service will be at 11:00 a.m. when Rev. MacDougall will deliver the Easter message at Edgemont.
