Alleghany County Sheriffs Deputies sworn in

Several officers were sworn in on December 11th, as is required every 4 years, akin to political elections. New Sheriff-Elect Kyle Matt Moore was unable to attend, as he recently tested positive for COVID, but was sworn in at a later date. (Jennifer Bailey Photo)
