The Bath County Chargers (0-19) girls basketball team continued to search for the teams first win of the season.
That first win, did not happen on Friday evening as the Parry McCluer Fighting Blues (16-1) cruised to a dominant 70-10 victory over the Chargers.
With just over two minutes left in the second quarter, the Chargers scored their first two points of the game on a Hannah Armstrong jump shot. The only problem with that, the Fighting Blues were already cruising to 33-0 lead.
In the second half, the Fighting Blues, knocked down five of their first six field goal attempts to take an even more commanding 45-3 lead.
Anna Claytor, led all scorers with a game-high 19 points for the Fighting Blues.
Sierra Gardener and Zoey Jenkins, each had three points for the Chargers.
The Chargers were on the road last night at Craig County.
