Irving “Victor” Greenblatt, age 88, passed away peacefully Friday, November 3, 2023. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 20, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge with Mr. Chris Fisher officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery, Clifton Forge.
