Emory United Methodist Church in Natural Well is set to host a community bean dinner on Saturday, October 28, from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m.
The event is open to everyone and promises a delightful variety of dishes, with proceeds going towards supporting the church’s ongoing ministry. The menu for the evening includes hearty brown beans, onions, baked potatoes, hot dogs, coleslaw, and cornbread. The church is also ensuring that sweet tooths are not left out, with an array of desserts on offer. To wash it all down, attendees can choose from coffee, water, iced tea, and a selection of soft drinks.
In the spirit of inclusivity and to ensure that everyone can partake in the feast, the church is offering delivery services for those unable to attend in person.
While the event is free to attend, the church is accepting donations to cover the costs of the dinner. Any additional funds raised will be channeled towards the continued support of Emory United Methodist Church’s ministry, allowing them to continue their work in the community.
