Major Bryan III transported prisoner from Alleghany Regional Jail to Bath County Circuit Court and then transported two prisoners back to jail.
Deputy C. Altizer transported two prisoners from Alleghany Regional Jail to Bath County Circuit Court. Captain Weaver transported prisoners back to Alleghany Regional Jail.

Deputy Harlow and Deputy Altizer out on Thomastown Rd attempting service on two capiases. Deputy Altizer arrested Steven Grose on capias for sell/distribute sch I or II. Deputy Altizer also arrested Tonya Howard on a capias for sell/distribute sch I or II controlled substance. Deputy Altizer obtained three additional warrants for possess sch I or II drug, obstruct justice: official victim threat/force, and assault and batter on law enforcement officer. Lt. Grimm, Sheriff Plecker, Deputy Plecker, Deputy McRoberts, Deputy Miller, and Captain Weaver assisted with a search warrant at this residence.
