WARM SPRINGS — The Bath County Board of Supervisors will hold its regular January meeting Tuesday, beginning at 6 p.m. in the second floor courtroom of the Bath County Courthouse.
Items on the agenda include:
— organization of the board;
— fiscal year 2020 audit presentation;
— payment of Bath County Economic Development Authority from the 5 percent historic lodging tax fund in accordance with the 2018 county, EDA and TRT Holdings (Omni Homestead) performance agreement;
— Freedom of Information act and Conflict of Interests Act training;
— appointments to boards and commissions.
Following the regular agenda, supervisors will hold a closed meeting in the upstairs conference room.
Due to COVID-19, masks must be worn in the courthouse at all times, according to Gov. Ralph Northam and Judge Ed Stein.
