CLIFTON FORGE — Clifton Forge Town Council will meet tonight at 7 p.m. at town hall.
There will be a public hearing on the possible sale of a downtown parking area known as the Keswick Street Parking Lot, located behind Northwest Ace Hardware.
Action items will include:
— Approval of street closures on Oct. 31 for a Loving Life Fellowship Halloween event.
— A vote to show support for Town Manager Chuck Unroe.
— An appointment to the Board of Zoning Appeals.
— The sale of a downtown parking area known as the Keswick Street Parking Lot, located behind Northwest Ace Hardware.
— Approval of the Historic Masonic Theatre as the location for a Clifton Forge LOVE sign.
— Approval of street closures on Oct. 2 from noon to 2 p.m. for American Craft Week entertainment.
— Approval of funds to cover the cost of free movies at the Historic Masonic Theatre.
There will be a closed session to discuss personnel issues.
