ALLEGHANY COUNTY
ELEMENTARY AND
MIDDLE SCHOOLS
Monday:  Breakfast —  Juice, fruit, cereal, toast or breakfast pizza.

Lunch — Entree choices: Pepperoni  or cheese pizza or mini corn dogs. Vegetable choices: Scalloped potatoes, seasoned lima beans, fruit choice.

Tuesday: Breakfast — Juice, fruit, cereal, toast or  biscuit with sausage.

 Lunch — Entree choices: Popcorn chicken with roll or beef and bean burrito. Vegetable choices: Baked sweet potato, seasoned corn, celery sticks with low fat dip, pinto beans, fruit choice.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Juice, fruit, cereal, toast or pancakes.

Lunch — Entree choices: Ravioli with roll or barbecue rib on bun. Vegetable choices: Lettuce, tomato, cuke salad, seasoned green beans, fruit choice.

Thursday: Breakfast — Juice, fruit, cereal, toast or crispy steak biscuit.

 Lunch — Entree choices:  Hamburger steak with gravy and roll or hot dog on bun. Vegetable choices: Creamed potatoes with gravy, steamed broccoli, baby carrots with low fat dip, fruit choice.

Friday: Breakfast — Juice, fruit, cereal, toast or  biscuit with sausage gravy.

Lunch — Entree choices: Chicken cheese wrap or pork barbecue on bun. Vegetable choices: French fries, coleslaw with seasoned green peas, fruit choice.

 Choice of 1 percent white and non-fat chocolate milk is offered with breakfast and lunch. Pre-made salads offered daily as an entree item. Pizza is offered daily  at the Middle School. A choice of canned or fresh fruit  is offered daily and baked potatoes are offered as an Al A Carte item.

Monday: Breakfast — Juice, fruit, cereal, toast or breakfast pizza.

Lunch —  Entree choices: Pepperoni pizza, chicken patty on bun, mini corn dogs, cheeseburger on bun. Vegetable choice: Scalloped potatoes, lima beans, fruit choice.

Tuesday: Breakfast — Juice, fruit, cereal, toast or  sausage biscuit.

Lunch — Entree choices: Chicken cheese wrap, pepperoni pizza, chicken patty on bun, cheeseburger on bun. Vegetable choices: French fries, seasoned green peas, fruit choice.

BATH COUNTY
SCHOOLS
Monday: Breakfast — Fruit, juice, cereal, toast, yogurt, French toast sticks.

Lunch — Hamburger steak, gravy, mashed potatoes, spinach, red pepper, green pepper, dip, roll, choice of fruit.

Tuesday: Breakfast —  Fruit, juice cereal, yogurt or breakfast pizza.

Lunch — Taco salad, baked beans, R/O cup with dressing, choice of fruit.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Fruit,  juice, cereal,  toast, yogurt or cheese toast.

Lunch — Stuffed crust pizza, corn, broccoli, choice of fruit.

Thursday: Breakfast — Fruit, juice, cereal, toast or  sausage biscuit.

Lunch — Fish, macaroni and cheese, green beans, coleslaw, roll, choice of fruit.

Friday: Breakfast — Fruit, juice, cereal or  bagel with cream cheese.

Lunch — Chicken nuggets, french fries, carrots with dip, breadstick, strawberry cup, fruit.

Friday Lunch planned by Bath County High School government students.

All meals are served with a choice of low-fat or fat-free milk. Tossed salad is offered daily as a vegetable choice in all schools.

COVINGTON
SCHOOLS
Monday: Breakfast — Chilled fruit or juice, cereal, toast, yogurt with graham crackers, chicken biscuit,  milk.

Lunch — Chicken patty on bun, sweet potatoes fries, chopped kale, green peas, mixed fruit, milk.

Tuesday: Breakfast — Chilled fruit or juice, cereal, toast,  yogurt with graham crackers, breakfast pizza,  milk.

Lunch — Chuckwagon steak, creamed potatoes with gravy, pinto beans, peaches rolls, milk.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Chilled fruit or juice, cereal, toast, yogurt and graham crackers, scrambled eggs, milk.

Lunch — Ravioli in meat sauce, broccoli, chopped kale, baby carrots with low fat dip, pears, breadstick, milk.

Thursday: Breakfast — Chilled fruit or juice, cereal, toast,  yogurt with graham crackers, breakfast burrito, milk.

Lunch —  Pepperoni pizza, romaine salad with dres-sing, corn, applesauce, milk.

Friday: City Schools Closed.

Additional menu items are offered at Covington High School and Jeter-Watson Intermediate: Romaine salad with dressing, sandwiches, yogurt. Choice of milk, 1 percent white and fat free flavored.
