Nellie Lee Broughman, age 56, of 426 W. Ridgeway Street, Clifton Forge, Virginia died Saturday, January 17, 2015 at her residence. 
She was born February 4, 1958 in Clifton Forge to Virginia Louise Campbell Broughman and the late Thurman Edward Broughman.  She attended Immanuel Baptist Church. 
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister, Rosie Pierce and a grandson, Jamie Broughman, Jr.
She is survived by her mother, Virginia Broughman of Clifton Forge; her boyfriend and companion of 25 years, Danny Hague of Clifton Forge; three daughters, Melissa Cary and husband Willie of Selma, Crystal Elmore and husband Dennis of Covington; and Nikki Dressler of Clifton Forge; a son, Jamie Broughman and wife Ashley of Clifton Forge; a sister, Betty Mathieu and husband John of Rhode Island; three brothers, Bobby Broughman, Sr. and wife Sherri of Covington, Albert Broughman and girlfriend, Barbara Richardson of Clifton Forge, and Johnny Broughman and wife Gail of Glen Wilton; six grandchildren, Brett Cary, Makayla Cary, Santanna Broughman, Leland Dressler, Colten Gunter, Emily Elmore; a number of nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Dawn Hamm.
In keeping with her wishes, her body has been cremated.  A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at 6:00 PM in the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge with Reverend Grover Nicely officiating. 

The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 5:00 PM until the time of service at Nicely Funeral Home.
The family suggests memorial tributes take the form of contributions to American Lung Association, 55 W. Wacker Drive, Suite 1150, Chicago, IL 60601.
