COVINGTON, VA (VR) – The Alleghany Highlands Regional Library will be hosting Aspen Black for her program “Generations: Songs and Stories of Rural Legacy”. The performance will be held at the Library on Friday, June 26th at 6pm in the W. N. “John” Rice Community Room.
Aspen is an acoustic singer-songwriter and public speaker. Her performance, “Generations”, is a live music-and storytelling program that explores how values, work, and identity are passed down through rural life – and how each generation decides what to carry forward, what to question, and what to leave behind.
This production is generously sponsored by Ingevity, and attendance is free to the public. Alleghany Highlands Regional Library is located at 406 W. Riverside St. in Covington.
