AHPS hosted a Virginia Preschool Initiative/Prekindergarten parent application session March 19 at Jeter-Watson Elementary School.
Each AHPS elementary school participated in the session, which was designed to give parents information of VPI and assist them with submitting an application for their child. Children who turn four by Sept. 30 could be eligible for our VPI program in the 2024-2025 school year. Eligibility is based on several criteria.
