              Sunday, August 27

              Sgt. C. Smith responded to a residence on Springhouse Run for an activated residential burglar alarm.

              Sheriff Plecker assisted Virginia State Police with a motor vehicle accident on Virginia Avenue near Penrose Drive.

              Deputy Harlow checked on a vehicle on the west side of Warm Springs Mountain.  Deputy Harlow arrested Amanda Jones for driving under the influence.

              Sheriff Plecker assisted Virginia State Police with a motor vehicle accident near Camala Ln.

              Monday, August 28           

              Sgt. C. Smith responded to an activated residential burglar alarm at a residence on Overlook Drive.

              Deputy Altizer and Deputy Colaw assisted Virginia State Police with a motor vehicle accident on Mountain Valley Road near the Bath and Rockbridge County line.

              Tuesday, August 29             

              Deputy Altizer spoke with a citizen in reference to stolen campaign signs.             

              Deputy Colaw and Deputy Altizer responded to a break and entering at a residence on Jackson River Turnpike near Lily’s Lane.

              Wednesday, August 30    

              Deputy Harlow conducted a traffic stop on Sam Snead Highway near the intersection of Mountain Valley Road.

              Deputy Harlow conducted a traffic stop conducted a traffic stop on Mountain Valley Road near the intersection of Douthat State Park Road.

              Deputy Harlow responded to a residence on Lindsay Ln for a stolen auto.

              Thursday, August 31          

              Deputy Harlow conducted a traffic stop on Indian Draft Road.

              Deputy Harlow conducted a traffic stop on Mountain Valley Road near Puff’s Ln.

              Deputy Harlow conducted a traffic stop on Sam Snead Highway near Rosie’s Hunt Camp Road.

              Sgt. C. Smith and Deputy Harlow responded to a residence on Brook Drive for an individual trespassing.

              Sgt. C. Smith and Deputy Harlow responded to noise complaint at a residence on Ridge Road.

              Friday, September 1           

              Deputy Harlow conducted a traffic stop on Sam Snead Highway.            

              Deputy Harlow assisted Virginia State Police with a motor vehicle accident on Sam Snead Highway near Poor Farm            

              Deputy Rexrode responded to a report of a tree in the roadway on River Road near the intersection of Westminster Road.            

              Sheriff Plecker and Major Bryan responded to an activated burglar alarm at business In Mitchelltown.            

              Major Bryan III responded to a business in Healing Springs for someone trespassing.            

              Major Bryan responded to the Courthouse in Warm Springs for an activated panic alarm.            

              Sheriff Plecker, Major Bryan, and Deputy T. Plecker, assisted with a funeral escort.            

              Deputy T. Plecker responded to an activated residential burglar alarm at a residence on Donald Ross Trail.

              Saturday, September 2      

              Deputy Miller unlocked a vehicle with keys locked inside a vehicle on Mountain Valley Road near Massies Ln.

              Deputy Miller and Deputy T. Plecker responded to a residence on Jackson River Turnpike for a dog running at large.

              Deputy Plecker conducted a traffic stop on Sam Snead Highway near the Old Course.

              Deputy T. Plecker and Deputy Colaw checked on a suspicious vehicle parked at the dumpsters on Millboro Industrial Park Road.

              Bath County Sheriff’s Office communications officers answered 275 incoming calls and made 107 outbound calls during this time period.
