This is to formally invite each of you to attend the Town Hall this coming Monday evening, July 10th, at 6:00 p.m.

The meeting is to be held at the Fairview Community Center. directions to the Fairview Community Center are;

coming from Hot Springs, Cedar Grove, Warm Springs, Burnsville, or other areas west of Warm Springs Mountain, take the 39 East, exit from 220 just past the Warm Springs Inn, going up the mountain past Ingalls Overlook. Descending down Warm Springs Mountain pass the convenience store “Bear Necessities,” and continue for approximately two miles. At the 629/Deerfield Road exit turn left (the only direction possible). Continue north on 629/Deerfield for about 200 yards and turn right. Park alongside the gravel road below the Community Center, or in the upper parking lot adjacent to the Center.

There also are a couple of corrections to the “Agenda.” The second item should read “Introduction and overview of a Constitutional County.”  The third agenda item should read “Introduction of candidate(s) running for County Offices in November 2023.”  As you gentlemen of the Board of Supervisors are incumbents you will be introduced but not recognized in any other manner at his people’s meeting.

 The concerns of the citizenry, if any, will be passed to you the Board of Supervisors (BOS) in a written summary, with a request for a written response. Handling the concerns in a formalized manner will put the BOS on record and allow a reference point for future discussions regarding those issues.

See you Monday evening at 6:00 p.m.
