The members of Pine Street Baptist Church. 347 E. Pine Street, Covington, VA invite you to share with us in the official installation service of Reverend Charles E. Ellis, Jr. as Senior Pastor of our church.
The glorious celebration will be held on March 26, 2023. Services will be at 10:00 a. m. with the Rev. Charlie L. Stallworth, pastor of East End Baptist Tabernacle, Bridgeport, CT. The official installation service will be at 3:30 p. m. with pastor Dwight O. Steele Sr. of Pilgrim Baptist Church, Roanoke, VA and his mass choir and congregation will be our guests.
Rev. Ellis received the majority vote from the members of the Pine Street Baptist Church in November and soon after Pastor Ellis and his wife, minister Karen L. Ellis relocated to Covington, VA. He preached his first official sermon on December 4, 2022.
We are excited about the future ministry of our church under the leadership of our new pastor. We desire that you join us as we officially welcome him to our church and to the community.
