Rocklynn Phillips’ seventh place swimming finish

COVINGTON, Va. (TWV) – Covington’s Rocklynn Phillips competed in the state swimming tournament in mid-February. He finished seventh in the state at the 100 freestyle.

Congratulations to Phillips and the Cougars swim team in the school’s first and last year of competitive swimming.
