Storytime Adventures with Miss Tori will resume at the Alleghany Highlands Regional Library on Wednesday, October 5th.
Children ages 0 to 4 are invited to participate in this year’s “It’s a Beautiful Day to Learn and Play” storytime programs. Two sessions will be offered each Wednesday with the morning session beginning at 10:30 am and the afternoon session starting at 2:00 pm. Space is limited and registration is required to attend. To register, visit the Alleghany Highlands Regional Library website at www.ahrlib.org. Go to the “Upcoming Events” calendar, select the Storytime program date and time you’d like to attend, and follow the steps to sign-up.
Tori Fertig, the AHRL staff member in charge of Story Time, will use stories, songs, music, and movement to encourage youngsters to learn while having fun.
For those who are unable to attend AHRL Storytime programs in person, virtual storytime is available via the library’s website at www.ahrlib.org. Select the “Virtual Learning” tab and go to the “Storytime Adventures with Miss Tori” section. Parents may request a Storytime backpack, as well as weekly Storytime craft packs to follow along at home.
For more information, call the AHRL at 962-3321 or stop by at 406 W. Riverside Street in Covington.
