Deaconness Lassomie Dawes Walker, 69 years old, earned her wings as she transitioned peacefully at her residence, 343 E. Hawthorne Street, Covington, VA, with her beloved husband, Rev. Greville Walker Sr., and family at her bedside on January 25, 2022. Deaconness Walker was born in Clifton Hanover, Jamaica, to the parents of the late Jonathan and Esmin Dawes.
