Tibetan Buddhist Monks will construct a Mandala sand painting and perform special ceremonies at the Alleghany Highlands Arts and Crafts Center in Clifton Forge.
The Greater Alleghany School Health Project sponsored a Tobacco Prevention Fair Thursday at Moutain View Elementary School gymnasium.
