LOW MOOR, Va. (VR) – Jackson River Technical Center students fared well in the recent SkillsUSA District VII competition. An awards ceremony was held Feb. 11 at Blacksburg High School. Front row, from left, are Maddox Wickline, first place in cabinet making; Katie Stull, third place in electrical construction; and Elijah Halterman, second place in drafting.
