Joan Louise Peterson Bay, 89, of West Lafayette, Indiana, passed away peacefully at home on April 19, 2025.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Nicely Funeral Home in Clifton Forge, VA, with Rev. Donna Sams officiating. The family will receive friends that Saturday, beginning at 1:00 p.m. Burial will take place at a later date.
