ELLISTON — Eastern Montgomery put three players in double figures here Tuesday night in a 59-29 Pioneer District girls basketball win over Bath County.
Elli Underwood and Maddie Bruce both scored 16 points for the Mustangs (5-1 Pioneer District, 9-5 overall), while Lilly Underwood added 10.
Emily Douglas led the Chargers with eight points and Gabrie Herscher scored seven.
Bath County trailed just 8-5 after one quarter, but were outscored 51-24 the rest of the way.
The Chargers (2-3 Pioneer District, 2-11 overall) host Parry McCluer tonight and welcome Covington to Hot Springs on Friday.
