Alpha Omega Paitsel III
Alpha Omega Paitsel III, age 68, of Covington, Virginia died on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, Virginia.
Alpha was born on February 17, 1956, in Clifton Forge, Virginia to the late Alpha Omega Paitsel II and Jacqueline Louise Taylor Paitsel Underwood. He was a machine operator for Westrock and a member of the Covington Moose Lodge.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Michael Paitsel, Steve Paitsel, and Richard Paitsel.
He is survived by three sisters, Karen Patterson of Selma, Judy Paitsel of Iron Gate, and Mary Koogler and husband Ron of Hilton Head, SC; two brothers, Robert “Booty” Paitsel and Walter Paitsel, both of Selma; his girlfriend, Sherry Jeffries and her family; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In keeping with his wishes, his body has been cremated. No services are planned at this time.
