(VR) - Sunday August 2nd was a special day at First Christian Church in Covington as Minister Bill Gilliland celebrated three remarkable milestones: his 75th birthday, 53 years in ministry, and 40 years as pastor of the church. The celebration also included the official unveiling of the newly named "Preacher Bill" Family Life Center.

Covington's Josh Anglin bowled for 137 hours and 10 minutes, completing 605 games to surpass the existing Guinness World Records mark for the longest 10-pin bowling marathon.
