Alleghany Highlands Public Schools closed until Tuesday, January 14

ALLEGHANY COUNTY, Va. (VR) – Due to winter weather conditions, Alleghany Highlands Public Schools will be closed on Thursday, Jan. 9. Schools will remain closed on Friday, Jan. 10, and Monday, Jan. 13, for previously scheduled teacher workdays and professional development.

Schools are scheduled to reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 14
