NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Alleghany County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. in the Board Room of the Governmental Complex in Low Moor, 9212 Winterberry Avenue, Covington, VA on the following:
To consider an application from Highland Centre, LLC to rezone the remaining portion of one building at 129 Mall Road from a Business B-1 zone classification to a Business B-2 zone classification to allow climate control mini storage. The property is further identified as Tax Map 57 Parcel 612 and is currently owned by Highland Centre, LLC. The property is in a Highway Mixed Use as contained in the Comprehensive Plan.
