NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Council for the City of Covington, Virginia will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 15.2-1427 of the Code of Virginia (1950, as amended) on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. to consider an appropriation resolution ($441,135.35) related to Alleghany Regional Commerce Center Pad Site Construction.
Any person desiring to be heard in favor of, in opposition to, or to express his or her views with respect to the proposed ordinance may appear before, and be heard by the City Council during the Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers, Covington City Hall, on the above stated date and time.
The City of Covington is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
