              Deputy R Miller checked on a suspicious vehicle in Warm Springs.

              Deputy J Bryan IV responded to Mountain Grove for an Animal Warden call.

              Captain R Weaver and Deputy Bryan IV assisted the Millboro Area Rescue Squad on a call.

              Deputy J Bryan IV and Deputy M Colaw responded to a car accident on Douthat State Park Road.

              Deputy T Harlow assisted Virginia State Police on a traffic stop in Warm Springs.

              Monday, October 2                                

              Deputy Harlow conducted a traffic stop on Sam Snead Highway in Warm Springs. 

              Deputy Harlow conducted a traffic stop on Mountain Valley Road near Douthat State Park Road.

              Sgt. C Smith and Deputy D Smith responded to a report of a possible intoxicated driver in the Mitchelltown area.

              Sgt. C Smith and Deputy D Smith assisted Burnsville Rescue Squad at a residence on Muddy Run Road.

              Deputy J Rexrode responded to a tree in the roadway on River Road near Indian Draft Road.

              Tuesday, October 3                                   

              Deputy Harlow conducted a traffic stop on Mountain Valley Road near Peaceful River Campground.

              Deputy Harlow responded to Warm Springs Mountain to help with traffic control after a lumber truck overheated on the roadway.

              Deputy Harlow responded to two Animal Warden calls in West Warm Springs.

              Wednesday, October 4                             

              Deputy Miller arrested Allyson Brooke Ryder on a Capias for destruction of property. Ryder was transported to Alleghany Regional Jail by Deputies Miller and N Sweitzer.

              Deputy C Altizer responded to Edgewood Drive for a car accident.

              Deputies Miller and Altizer responded to an activated burglar alarm on Deepwood Lane.

              Deputies Miller and Bryan IV responded Bath Community Hospital for a disturbance caused by an intoxicated person.

              Thursday, October 5                                 

              Captain Weaver responded to McGraw Gap Road for goats in the roadway causing a hazard.

              Deputy Miller conducted a traffic stop on Jackson River Road Near Kenwood Road.

              Deputy Miller and VSP responded to a domestic dispute reported at a residence in the Healing Springs area.

              Deputy Miller checked on a disabled vehicle in the Carloover area.

              Deputy Bryan IV conducted a business check in the West Warm Springs Area. Business secured.

              Friday, October 6                                      

              Sgt. C Smith responded to Little Back Creek Road for a possible suspicious person at a residence.

              Captain Weaver and Sgt. Smith responded to Douthat State Park Road for a domestic dispute at a residence

              Deputies D Smith and Harlow spoke to a citizen at a residence on Pig Run concerning a trespasser.

              Saturday, October 7                               

              Deputies D Smith and Harlow responded to a residence on Hickory Drive for a disturbance.

              Deputy D Smith spoke to a citizen concerning possibly stolen mail. Advice given.

              Sgt C Smith responded to the Millboro Industrial Park to unlock a vehicle.

              Sgt. C Smith responded to a church in Hot Springs for a disturbance.

              Deputy Harlow checked on a suspicious vehicle at Millboro Elementary School.

              Bath County Sheriff’s Office communications officers answered 278 incoming calls and made 108 outbound calls during this time period.
