The Alleghany Highlands Chamber of Commerce & Tourism will sponsor a “Meet & Greet the Candidates” for Virginia House of Delegates District 37 on Monday, September 18th beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Historic Masonic Theatre Underground located at 510 Main St, in Clifton Forge. The public is encouraged to attend.
The event is being held in an effort to encourage citizens to become more involved in local government by learning about the issues and positions of each candidate.
Candidates include:
Meet Delegate Terry Austin (Incumbent & Republican Candidate) 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Meet Stephanie Clark (Democratic Candidate) 6:45 p.m. – 7:45 p.m.
