Congratulations to Alleghany’s Hunter DePriest for winning the VR Alleghany player of the week for week 2 of the high school football season. DePriest did it all on Friday. He had a 90-yard kickoff return for a score, returned a fumble for a TD, caught two passes and had two interceptions.
