COVINGTON, Va. (VR) – With the arrival of spring and an increase in outdoor activities, the city of Covington urges residents to be mindful and respectful when it comes to their pets. The city asks that all dogs and cats be kept under restraint when off their owner’s premises, including parks, sidewalks, Cedar Hill Cemetery and all open public spaces.
