2022-2023 Inclement weather routes for school closings & delays for Bath County Public Schools

Warm Springs, Va. (VR) – Bath County Schools would like to remind parents of the inclement weather routes for the 2022-2023 school year. During delayed openings and/or early dismissals, buses will not run on the following roads:

Bath County High School & Valley Elementary School
Rt. 601 – Little Back Creek Road
Bus #2
Rt. 618 – Dunn’s Gap Road
Bus #2 & #5
Rt. 619 – Courthouse Hill
Bus #2
Rt. 620 – West Warm Springs
Bus #2
Rt. 642 – Routier Hill
Bus #2
Rt. 647 – Peery Hollow Road (above Mtn. View Drive)
Bus #3
Rt. 609 – Roberts Road (only)
Bus #4
Rt. 619 – Klondike
Bus #4
Rt. 680 – Chimney Run Road
Bus #4
Rt. 616 – Switchback
Bus #5
Rt. 612 – Plogger Hill (above VFW)

Rt. 605 – Lower Cascades

During delayed openings, inclement weather routes will be used in the morning only.

During early dismissals, inclement weather routes will be used in the afternoon only.

Parents may tune to the following TV Channels and Radio Station for announcements of inclement weather school delays and closings.

TV Channels: 7-WDBJ       Radio Station: 107.1-WCHG

       10-WSLS
