Major George Hackbarth was installed as the president of the Covington-Hot Springs Rotary club

Major George Hackbarth is installed as the president of the Covington-Hot Springs Rotary club by past president Paul Linkenhoker on June 23. President Linkenhoker was also recognized for the 2 years he served as the club president.
