Pursuant to Part Six, Section IV, Paragraph 13-9.G of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia, you are hereby notified of the following action:

  Jay Arthur    Rosenberg   96370   Sioux Falls, SD   Consent to Revocation   07/06/2022 Circuit Court of Fairfax County

Effective July 6, 2022, a three-judge panel of the Circuit Court of Fairfax County revoked Jay A. Rosenberg’s privilege to practice law in the Commonwealth based on his affidavit consenting to the revocation. By tendering his consent to revocation at a time when a disciplinary complaint, Investigation, or Proceeding is pending, Rosenberg acknowledges that the material facts upon which the disciplinary complaint, Investigation, or Proceeding are predicated are true.

Clients who have suffered a quantifiable financial loss due to the actions of a lawyer who has been disbarred or suspended for disciplinary reasons may find more information about the Virginia State Bar Clients’ Protection Fund at https://www.vsb.org/site/public/clients-protection-fund
