Radford is tuning up for a state title defense.
The Bobcats, led by a 2-under-par 70 from Trevor Price, shot a 312 Monday at Cliff View Golf Club, winning a five-team Three Rivers District match.
Logan Douthat, of Giles, joined Price at 2-under, tying for medalist honors.
Giles finished nine shots back in second at 321, followed by James River (348), Glenvar (364) and Alleghany (450).
Jared Lee had a 97 for the Mountaineers, Kellen Sponaugle shot a 114, Wyatt Griffith had a 118 and Noah O’Conner added a 121.
“A lot of very good golf out there today by the teams,” said Mark Pifer, Alleghany’s coach. “Thanks to everyone at Cliff View for making the match and the entire year work for us.”
The Three Rivers District is holding their final regular season event today at Hanging Rock Golf Club in Salem.
The Class 2, Region C tournament is scheduled for Monday at 8 a.m. at The Pete Dye River Course of Virginia Tech.
