CLIFTON FORGE, VA (VR) – Get ready to jazz up your Sunday evening as the West Virginia Jazz Orchestra returns to the Masonic Amphitheatre on Sunday, September 20, at 7:00 p.m.

The Orchestra made a memorable impression when it performed for an enthusiastic Amphitheatre audience last year. The combination of exceptional musicianship, rich arrangements and the exciting sound of a full jazz orchestra made for a performance that audiences are still talking about. Now, the
talented ensemble is returning to the Alleghany Highlands for another evening of outstanding live music—and everyone is invited to attend.

While the West Virginia Jazz Orchestra is known for its outstanding jazz performances, audiences can expect much more than traditional jazz favorites. The versatility of the musicians and the variety of their music mean there is truly something for everyone. From familiar melodies and popular favorites to swinging jazz classics and exciting arrangements, the Orchestra creates a musical experience designed to entertain a wide range of listeners.

If you love great music performed by talented musicians, this is an evening for you. The Orchestra’s ability to move easily between musical styles, showcase individual musicians and bring fresh energy to familiar songs makes every performance engaging and fun.

The West Virginia Jazz Orchestra brings together accomplished musicians whose talent and energy are evident from the first note. The powerful sound of brass and woodwinds, supported by a dynamic rhythm section, creates the kind of musical experience that is both exciting and entertaining.

And the best part? Admission is absolutely free!
