To our loyal readers and trusted advertisers, I extend a heartfelt thank you as we celebrate another year of shared stories and community events. This newspaper exists because of you, our readers who turn the pages each week and our advertisers who invest in the Virginian Review. Also, the countless partners who help us tell the truth, shine a light on important issues, and celebrate the everyday heroes in our town.

In the spirit of Christmas, we cherish the trust you place in us to inform, inspire, and bring our community together. Your support has allowed us to maintain a newspaper that reflects the diversity, resilience, and kindness that define our community. It is a privilege to serve you, and we treasure the relationships that sustain us.

As we look toward the new year, our commitment is steadfast: to deliver accurate, thoughtful journalism; to explore new ideas with integrity; and to partner with advertisers who share our mission of community enrichment. Merry Christmas and may your holidays be joyful, your gatherings warm, and the coming year bright. The Virginian Review team is grateful to serve you, and we look forward to serving you in 2026
