COVINGTON, Va. (VR) – The Alleghany Highlands Christmas Mother Shop held its first of two youth nights on Monday, December 1 in the Family Life Center of First Christian Church. Elementary school aged children enjoyed making several crafts – some to be sent home with families being served through the program and some to decorate the shop. They also enjoyed light snacks and each other’s fellowship – lots of Christmas joy!
The second youth night for teens (middle school and high school students) will be held on Tuesday 12/9, also at the Family Life Center.
