CLIFTON FORGE, Va. (VR) — The Historic Masonic Theatre is delighted to welcome acclaimed singer, saxophonist, and recording artist Erich Cawalla, along with his celebrated Uptown Band, for a festive holiday performance on Friday, December 12 at 7:00 p.m. This heartwarming Christmas
show brings together world-class musicianship, timeless holiday favorites, and the joyful energy that has made the group a beloved draw for audiences of all ages.

Known for his signature blend of “Old Vegas charm” with contemporary R&B and jazz, Cawalla has become a nationally recognized entertainer whose style pays tribute to greats like Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, and Smokey Robinson. A Grammy Voting Member and chart-topping recording artist, Cawalla is celebrated for his rich vocals, smooth saxophone work, and charismatic stage presence.

Cawalla’s 2022 album, The Great American Songbook, held the #1 spot for three weeks on the RMR Crossover Jazz Chart and features performances with jazz legends including Randy Brecker, Karen Briggs, and Doc Gibbs. His recent release, DooWoppin’, a spirited nod to classic street-corner harmony, received worldwide radio play and was featured on SiriusXM’s The Doo-Wop Stop with Cool Bobby B.
