Discuss date for changing out the Town’s flags on RT 220  

Discuss resignation of Councilmember Hardesty- if vacant seat filled within 45 days, of 8/25/25, the Town will not need to have the judge appoint someone. 

Discuss the DialMyCalls – mass notification system for Iron Gate 

Personnel will have to schedule interviews for the part time Public Works employee position. 

Town Hall has printouts on How to Run for a Vacated Local Office – if anyone is interested. 

The Mayor has registered with DMV to place holds on vehicle tags- for those residents who have not paid their Personal Property taxes to Iron Gate. 

Reimburse Parks & Rec president, Chuck Unroe, for the Port–a–Potty down at the River Park in the amount of $225.00. 

Have opening for a volunteer Code Enforcer position.
