Please take notice that the Regular Meeting of the Covington City Council scheduled for Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 333 W. Locust Street, Covington, Virginia 24426, has been canceled.

The meeting is canceled due to members of City Council attending the Virginia Municipal League’s Annual Conference and Training.
City Council meeting will be held and no City Council business will be conducted on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Covington City Council is scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Special or called meetings may occur prior to that date and will be posted and advertised in accordance with applicable requirements.
