COVINGTON, Va. (VR) – The Mountain Toppers Healthy Aging Program welcomed Renee McCoy of Highland Computers to its May meeting. She gave a presentation on internet safety. Lunch was provided by Cliff View.

The next Mountain Toppers meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 26, at 10 a.m. Please note this change in date from the normal third Thursday of the month. The June program will highlight dental health and hygiene and will be presented by Slaughter & Slaughter Dentistry of Clifton Forge. Lunch will be provided by Slaughter & Slaughter and ConnectionsPlus Healthcare + Hospice.

The Mountain Toppers Healthy Aging Program is supported by the Alleghany Highlands Regional Library, the Alleghany Highlands YMCA Healthy Highlands Program and ConnectionsPlus Healthcare + Hospice.
