ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS

1. To Consider Resolution R-25-17: Allow changes to the city budget at the fund level instead of the function level.

2. To Consider Resolution R-25-18: Perpetual Cemetery Care Fund 801.

3. To Consider Resolution R-25-19: Opioid Settlement Recoveries – Opioid Abatement Authority (OAA), Individual Distribution Award (No City Match).

4. To Consider Resolution R-25-20: General Fund – Parks & Rec. Donations for Youth Day from Local Businesses.

5. To Consider Resolution R-25-21: General Fund – State CSA Children at Risk General Fund, Transfer from Surplus, and Alleghany Highland CSA Foster Care – Payment at Risk Youth per CSA.

6. To Consider Resolution R-25-22: Police Department – DARE Contributions expenses for the DARE program.

7. To Consider Ordinance O-25-03: Imposing and levying Personal Property, Machinery, and Tools Taxes within the City of Covington. For the tax year beginning January 1, 2026, and ending on December 31, 2026.

8. To Consider Ordinance O-25-04: Imposing and levying Real Estate Taxes and Public Services Taxes with the City of Covington. For the tax year beginning July 1, 2025, and ending on June 30, 2026.
