City of Covington to begin paving on Royal Avenue Monday, April 7

COVINGTON, Va. (VR) – Beginning Monday, April 7, 2025, weather permitting Royal Avenue will be under construction for re-paving. This work will include mill and overlay. NO ON STREET PARKING from 6:30 a.m. through 6:30 p.m. Delays should be expected between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. throughout the duration of the project.
