COVINGTON- Carter Nicely’s huge performance last Thursday night in a 27-9 win over Radford has earned him the most votes for the Virginian Review ‘Football Friday’ week five player of the week.
Nicely had 231 yards on 22 carries, including a long of 61 that went for a touchdown. Nicely has run hard and played well all year for an Alleghany team that is proving to be a real threat to accomplish big things over the next few weeks.
